Robyn Kennedy is a Registered Nurse and endorsed Nurse Practitioner with postgraduate qualifications in Midwifery and a Master of Advanced Nursing Practice (Nurse Practitioner). She has over 25 years of expertise in paediatric dermatology, and is endorsed by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Robyn currently works within the Dermatology Department at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and has a strong clinical interest in the management of paediatric skin conditions including eczema, acne, hyperhidrosis, warts and molluscum contagiosum. She is passionate about providing evidence-based, family-centred care and helping infants, children and adolescents feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
In addition to her clinical work, Robyn has contributed to research and publication in the eczema field and is actively involved in education and training within dermatology and cosmetic medicine.
She provides comprehensive eczema consultations, including detailed skin assessment, education regarding triggers and skin care, practical demonstration of topical treatment application, and tailored management plans to support families in confidently managing eczema at home.
Robyn also treats common viral skin conditions including warts and molluscum contagiosum, with a focus on effective and minimally distressing approaches for paediatric patients.
